Our program is supported by two highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)— Ilich Ramirez & Carlos Roman — who will provide targeted, as-needed expertise to ensure successful delivery and ongoing operational excellence. Ilich Ramirez
Ilich Ramirez is a Senior Managing Partner at VARAMERC with over 20 years of experience in General Contracting, General Specializing Renovation Demand and Planning, and Supply Chain. He has led multiple projects totaling over 50 million dollars. Ilich prides himself on a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery, partnering closely with clients to bring projects from concept to completion.
Ilich’s outlook has always been “our team manages all phases of construction, including planning, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. We pride ourselves on transparent communication, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards and local building codes."
Carlos Roman
Carlos Roman is a Senior Managing Partner at VARAMERC. Prior Carlos has worked in the Finance Sector across Multinational Professional Services Company that specializes in IT Services and Management Consulting for fortune 500 companies. He brings 20 years of career background ranges from working within Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management vertical with a focus on Trade Fraud surveillance and Project Management.
He has experience within Corporate Finance and Metrics, Capital Markets, Regulatory Risk and Compliance. He’s been responsible for the successful delivery of complex solutions for the AML, Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets and Compliance within the domain of Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management.
